Customer Success Manager Nordic
Job start: As soon as possible
We are growing rapidly and we are looking for a new Customer Success Manager for the Nordic who can help us delivering top class onboarding, customer service and account management to all our new and existing Nordic customers.
Are you a born teacher who wants to make the difference with the new technology? This challenge might be the right match for you. To win a new client is not easy but to keep him satisfied is a real challenge!
Your missions will be to help new customers make the best of our software-as-a-service solution, build a great relationship with them and identify possible up-selling possibilities.
Specifically your main tasks are as follows:
- Making the onboarding of your customers on the LetsBuild solutions.
- Training customers to maximise their success with the software.
- Helping customers with issues they can have with the solutions and troubleshoot them with the help of our Customer Support team.
- Taking ownership of the customers’ experiences, you are the garant of the Success Story of your customers!
- Renewing customers contracts.
- Identifying up-selling opportunities and sharing them with your team.
- Sharing customers’ feedback with the commercial and product departments.
What you will bring to the table?
- Excellent knowledge of Danish and good level of English.
- Commercially minded and always looking for solutions.
- Good at building relations.
- Good analytical skills as you’ll have to quickly understand users needs.
- Flexible, open minded and easy going.
- Customer oriented and problem solving.
- Experience related to the construction industry is an asset.
- Experience related to SaaS or LEANis an asset.
- A first feedback about the user experience of GenieBelt/Aproplan apps (Pssst, You can download them in the app store or google play store).
