Customer Success Intern

As a Customer Success Intern you’ll be at the crossings between the Sales Team and the Customer Support Team: Your job is hybrid between those two departments.
You’ll be the last link in the Sales chain and in the same time you’ll be the first in the Customer Support chain.
To win a new client is not easy but to keep him satisfied is a real challenge.
We are currently growing up and we need a new colleague to help the sales team to satisfied our customers.
Specifically, your main tasks are as follows:
- Your job will be to take care of our clients in Belgium and in France by listening to their needs and claims – on the phone or in person.
- You’ll also proactively offer them new features and advise them how to optimize their usage of the App by tracking their use of APROPLAN.
- Last but not least, you’ll be the natural link between the clients and APROPLAN.

To be successful you need to master
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch with good level in English (any other language is a plus).
- Passion for customer service and helping others.
- Great communication skills with very good empathy towards users.
- Good analytical skills as you’ll have to quickly understand users needs.
- Comfortable to speak with both decision makers and business users.
We would like you to have these other skills
- Be a convinced team player.
- IT affinity, experience with SaaS is a plus.
- Working in a flexible schedule motivates you.
