Job description

As Customer Success Coach, you will be at the crossing between the Sales Team and the Customer Support Team: your job is a hybrid between those two departments.

You will be the last link in the sales chain and at the same time, you’ll be the first in the customer support chain.
Winning new clients is not easy but keeping them satisfied is a real challenge.


We are currently growing and we need a new colleague to help the sales team to satisfy and train our customers.

Specifically, your main tasks are as follows:

  • Your job will be to take care of our clients in Belgium by listening to their needs and claims—on the phone or in person.
  • You will also proactively offer them new features, advise and teach them how to optimise their usage of the app by tracking their use of APROPLAN.
  • Last but not the least, you will be the natural link between the clients and APROPLAN.

To be successful at LetsBuild, you need to master

  • Fluent in French and Dutch.
  • A passion for customer service and helping others.
  • Great communication skills with very good empathy towards users.
  • Good analytical skills as you will have to quickly understand user needs.
  • Comfortable to speak with both decision makers and business users.

  • IT affinity, experience with SaaS is a plus.
